Delivery
We aim to process all orders the same day we receive them.
You will receive an email ackowledgment of your order, and later a further email advising you when the goods are despatched.
If any of the items you have ordered are out of stock, we will send what we have, and notify you of an expected delivery date for the out of stocks.
We will only charge your card when the goods are despatched.
If you do not wish to wait for back orders, please notify us and we will cancel the outstanding order.
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT POST FREE in the UK.
Overseas orders are sent by Air Mail and are charged at a flat rate of:
£1.00 per item in Europe
£1.50 per item for Rest of World.
We despatch all orders by packet post in the UK (normal delivery time is 1-3 days), and by Airmail for all overseas customers (normal delivery 3-10 days depending on destination).
If you require express delivery or any insured service, this is available at extra cost. Please email or phone us to discuss.
All parcels sent in the UK are guaranteed, and if your parcel fails to arrive or is damaged, we will replace it without question.
If you have not received your order within 28 days, please contact us immedaitely.
