R.I.P. JIM COUZA

It is with great sadness that we report the death of Jim Couza on 2nd August 2009.

Jim was one of the World's greatest hammered dulcimer players, an ethnomusicologist with an unsurpassed knowledge of American Old Timey music, and a great man in every respect.

He was also the biggest seller on our own FOLKSOUND label.

As a tribute to the man and his music, we are giving away the double CD - Welcome to the Fair - so that more people can share in his unique musical legacy.
